  • Vegetable Peeler
  • Apple Corer
  • Steamer
  • Blender


  • 4 Gala Apples
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1.5 cups Fresh blueberries


  • Peel and core apples
  • Place apples and spinach into steamer. Steam for 15 minutes
  • Blend softened apples, spinach and fresh blueberries until smooth
  • Pour into 4 baby food containers.
  • Storage: Refrigerate for 24 hours or freeze for 2-3 weeks.
